Enrique rocks South Africa - 2007-10-30
Enrique Iglesias chose South Africa to start his worldwide tour. The Spanish singer performed Sunday at the Dome in Johannesburg and played his latest album, "Insomnia" in front of 10,000 fervent fans. "Today is the second show here in Johannesburg, it's a big place but it has been so good. I've been doing this for 12 years and I feel better than ever on stage and this is the biggest show we've ever put on, so I am very happy about that," admitted Iglesias. Then he will perform again in Cape Town on wednesayd, and travels to to Europe for another 19 dates. Enrique Iglesias's concert tour ends at Tallinn, Estonia on November 30.

Enrique Iglesias is afraid of tying the knot as he experienced his own parents divorce when he was just three years old. However, the singer reckons commitment is quite important to women, especially when they get older. "I think commitment is an important aspect of a relationship for women."When women get to about 29, they start wanting to settle down. As someone whose parents divorced when he was three I'm quite wary of marriage. I don't believe it is important for a committed relationship." Enrique to appear on CBS show “How I Met Your Mother” - 2007-08-09
Enrique Iglesias will join Cobie Smulders' Robin on CBS TV show "How I Met Your Mother,”according to reports. The singer has signed on to play the role of Robin’ loving partner for at least two chapters. Producer Craig Thomas said Enrique will appear in the September 24 season opener. "Enrique plays a dreamy vacation romance that Robin tries to transplant back into her real life ... much to Ted's dismay," Thomas was quoted as saying. "The character, Gael, is exactly the guy you don't want your ex-girlfriend hooking up with next: in addition to being a sexy, guitar-playing surfer/massage therapist, the guy looks a lot like Enrique Iglesias. It drives Ted nuts."

Enrique Iglesias loves spending time alone for himself. The Spanish singer recently admits he adores his gorgeous girlfriend Anna Kournikova with who he has a long-time and serious relationship, though there's no current expectation of marrying. Iglesias reveals he feels like he has been with Kournikova for a lifetime. "Our five years together feels like forty. Do you know how difficult it is to keep a relationship going? I've always been a bit of a loner," he told the Mirror. The Grammy Winner also said that the Russian babe would be a "perfect" mother some day, but left no doubt that settle down is not part of his plans.
